All content on this site — text, graphics, logo, the "Envergure" trademark, product documentation and source code — is the exclusive property of the publisher unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
The standards referenced (ASD S1000D, S2000M, S3000L, S4000P, S5000F, S6000T) and the regulatory frameworks cited (EASA Part-145, Part-M, EMAR) remain the property of their respective issuing bodies. They are named for descriptive purposes only and imply no approval, certification or endorsement by those bodies.

The Dassault Rafale line drawings shown on this site are derived fromDassault Rafale 3-view line drawingby Kaboldy, published on Wikimedia Commons under theCreative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0licence. The drawing has been modified: individual views extracted, landing gear and ground line removed, paths simplified and compressed for display. The graphic data derived from it is distributed under that same licence.
Manufacturer and aircraft type names are cited descriptively, to designate the equipment the software is able to track. They remain the property of their respective holders and imply no relationship, partnership or endorsement.
Privacy policy
This site collects no personal data beyond what you voluntarily enter in the contact form.
Data collected
The contact form collects:
- your full name;
- your organisation;
- your work email address;
- your role, if you choose to provide it;
- the content of your message.
The originating IP address is also logged, for the sole purpose of rate-limiting automated submissions.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used exclusively to handle and answer your enquiry. Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR article 6.1.b) and, for rate-limiting, on the publisher's legitimate interest in protecting the service (article 6.1.f).
Recipients
Data is processed by the publisher alone. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It is hosted in France, with OVH SAS. No transfer outside the European Union takes place.
Retention
Messages are kept for 36 months from the last exchange, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise those rights, write to contact@envergure.cloud. You will receive a reply within one month.
If, having contacted us, you consider your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
Cookies and trackers
This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers. There is no analytics, no advertising tooling and no embedded social widget. Fonts and the documentation search engine are served from our own servers — no request is made to any third party during your visit.
That is why you are shown no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Limitation of liability
Product information published on this site is indicative and subject to change. It does not constitute a contractual commitment. Only signed contractual documents govern the functional scope, service levels and regulatory conformance actually covered.
